One of the most powerful lifestyle interventions is the application of a whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) eating pattern that’s based predominantly on a variety of minimally-processed vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. It’s one of the best ways to prevent, treat and even reverse many chronic diseases.
